Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Lew is a homeowner in Independence, MO that needed concrete repair for the pool deck. Water would come into the home from the pool deck and the problem needed to be fixed before the problem became worse.  System Design Specialist Daryn Britton went out to the home and recommended filling the voids underneath the concrete slabs to prevent water from moving the concrete. The crew lifted and stabilized the affected concrete with PolyLevel and then filled the joints with NexusPro Joint Sealant. Lew was thrilled by the outcome! 

Volaine is a homeowner in Clarinda, IA, that needed some waterproofing. There would be a lot of water that would come into the basement and, she was tired of the mess it would cause, so she decided to call Thrasher. Service Technician Matt Stice went out to the home. He was able to recommend replacing the TripleSafe sump pump and have a battery backup. Volaine and her family were relieved to never worry about water in the basement again. 

Linda and Duane are rental owners in Topeka, KS, and were interested in repairing the concrete on the back patio. System Design Specialist Tom Studer went out to their home. During the inspection, Tom saw that water had gotten underneath the slab and washed out the soil, leaving a void underneath the slab. We used PolyLevel to raise and stabilize the back porch. Linda and Duane are very excited to see that the back patio is now level. 

Charles is a homeowner in Topeka, KS, who wanted to preserve and protect his driveway. System Design Specialist Tyler Lothrop went out to Charles’s home, there was some minor settlement and water intrusion underneath the concrete. The crews used PolyLevel, NexusPro Joint Sealant, and SealantPro. We were able to level, seal the cracks and protect the concrete. Charles was impressed by Ian and the crew. 

Bonita is a longtime homeowner in Omaha, NE, and over the last couple of years, she has noticed that stairs leading up to her front porch and door were continually settling and leaning. We sent System Design Specialist Britton Wood out to her home and noticed that the concrete had started to settle. The crew started by using PolyLevel to raise the stair back up to level and we used  NexusPro Joint Sealant to caulk all of the joints and gaps. Bonita was impressed by the crew and how the stair look
