Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Joyce just finished her basement in Adair, IA, and wanted to reduce the musty smell in her basement.  She decided to give Thrasher Foundation Repair a call because she didn’t want the smell to affect the basement and ruin any work. During the inspection Service Technician, Brandon Rost recommended a new SaniDry Dehumidifier, the old one was low on freon and kept icing up. Once the new dehumidifier was installed the humidity level was able to be controlled. 

Marcy H. is a homeowner in Augusta, KS, and was ready to restore her patio concrete to make it a more usable space. Over time, the Midwest climate had created severe cracks on the surface and caused multiple areas to settle. To begin the concrete leveling project, System Design Specialist Jon Grover visited the home in Augusta, KS, and met with Marcie to discuss possible solutions. She opted to have Thrasher install our 2-part concrete protection system to lift, level, and protect her broken concrete. The protection system begins with our PolyLevel concrete lifting foam. It is injected beneath the concrete slabs to level the surface. NexusPro was then applied to seal the large cracks to prevent any water from seeping through in the future.

Marcy was delighted with our concrete repair solutions and our team's display of professionalism. She is now able to use her patio safely with a restored peace of mind.

Homeowner Trey in Lincoln, NE noticed that there was severe cracking and settling in his driveway right in front of the garage floor. After finding Thrasher and looking at our concrete repair solution, he gave us a call.

System Design Specialist Michael Romanek went out to the home. During his inspection, he identified the cracking was not only in the driveway but in the garage as well due to street creep. The crew used PolyLevel to lift the settled areas and used NexusPro Joint Sealant to close the joints and cracks. To stop the street creep, we installed CompressionGuard, giving room for any expansion.

Rebecca is a homeowner in Salina, KS and she was nervous about the foundation of her home. The floors were sagging and she was worried about the effect it was having on her home. System Design Specialist Austin Ure went out to her home and was able to identify that the floor joists were not properly supported.

The crew installed SmartJacks and steel beams to give the floor much-needed support and raise it back up to a safe level. Rebecca was thrilled to know her floors were properly supported!

Carol in Saint Paul, NE was struggling with a wet basement. She wanted to turn the basement into a living space, but water would collect anytime it rained. System Design Specialist Brandon Headrick explained our process for waterproofing.

The Thrasher crew installed WaterGuard an interior basement drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to direct the water out of the basement. We also encapsulated the walls with CleanSpace to keep water from entering again.
