This customer in Omaha, NE was having issues with the stairs leading up to their home, so they decided to give Thrasher a call. The concrete was cracking and unstable, plus the joints were expanding. PolyLevel was the solution to this problem. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that expands under the surface, leveling and stabilizing the concrete. We then sealed the joints with NexusPro.

Walking up to this homeowner's house was a scary task as the sidewalk was severely slanted. They wanted to restore their safety and peace of mind, so they decided to give us a call. We used our PolyLevel injectable foam to lift and level the concrete, making it safe to walk on again!

This homeowner was concerned about doors not opening and closing properly and even had to replace a window because it wasn't working. When we performed a home inspection, we found mold and efflorescence on the walls, which is a huge sign there's water damage in the basement, and we also discovered the floors were sagging, which is a sign of structural damage.
