He explained everything very throughly, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeble about the whole process.  He was just a super guy to work with. My bid was actually lower than what I had anticipated. There is no question that I will contact Thrasher when I am ready to get the work done.

Initial call was excellent-very nice people. Scheduled appointment and was called back very quickly with a sooner appointment time.  Kurtis (sales rep) was right on time, extremely professional and a pleasure to spend time with.  Your company really dedicates time to explain everything and allow for any questions.  While I have not, and will not, shop around I can't imagine anyone else being as thorough. I researched a lot of this information on your website and other resources, Kurtis validated all I had researched and answered any gap questions I had. Tom (sales rep) was professional, explained everything he looked at.  And when he determined that our basement issues did not require repair he explained that too.  All contact with the company was excellent!

The church basement had wall damage due to water.  We have received the installation of the wall anchors and also the water/sump protection.  We are totally satisfied with both crews performance.  Their knowledge and work were impressive.

Our salesperson, Bob Waldron, was the reason we selected Thrasher.  I understood the process when he walked us through the steps and he provided reading material for us to learn more about the process.  He was honest and considerate of our financial concerns.  We can't afford to do this again while we live in this house and he assured us that this will keep water and therefore mold out of our basement for years to come.  We were also happy with the work done by Juan Matos and his crew and we will recommend Thrasher to our friends and family.

Hands down, you have taken care of you rclients very well.  You were highly recommended by other people in our area that you have serviced.  We would highly recommend your company to other who may need your services. Within a couple of days of installation we had over 5 inches of rain and not a drop entered our home.  For anyone who has experienced water in their basement this was a great feeling and assurance that the problem has been taken care of.
