Here's what happens when you contact us for an inspection
1 | Scheduling the appointment
Whether you contact us by phone or website, our Customer Care team will connect with you to schedule an inspection time that works with your schedule.
2 | Confirmation call
A few days prior to your inspection, your Design Specialist will call you to introduce themselves and confirm the date and time.
3 | On-the-way call
On the day of your inspection, your Design Specialist will call you to let you know they're on the way to your home. They'll also send you a GPS tracking link so you'll know exactly when you can expect them to arrive.
4 | Inspection
Upon arrival, your Design Specialist will introduce themselves and answer any questions you have. They'll conduct a thorough inspection of the issue or problem area. We encourage you to join them during the inspection and ask questions.
5 | Repair plan
Your Design Specialist will sit down with you to explain what caused the problem, how we can fix it, and discuss your options and a plan for repairing your home. By the end of this phase, you'll know exactly what's causing your home's problems, exactly how we can fix it, and exactly how much it will cost.
6 | Scheduling the repair
Once you're ready to move forward with the work, your Design Specialist will coordinate with you to schedule the project so you can get the peace of mind you deserve as soon as possible.

If you're not happy with our cleanup, let us know, and we'll send you a $100 gift card for a professional cleaning.
We promise to treat you and your home with respect.
Our employees will not use tobacco products or profanity on your property. They'll address any questions or concerns politely and professionally. All Thrasher employees are upstanding citizens with the legal right to work in the United States.
