Water in the Basement in Andover, KS

Tony had been getting water in his basement, affecting his finished walls and floors. He's on the road a lot for work and didn't want his wife to worry about water in the basement while he was away. On top of that, he had a number of improvements he wanted to make to the home. Nate Franson visited Tony's home to get a good look at the home's issues. He found that the water from a cold joint was getting in and the constant lateral pressure from water-saturated clay soil behind one of his walls was causing it to move inward. To solve this, we installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace to stop the water leaks. We then upgraded his sump pump to a TripleSafe to help further protect the basement. We also installed PowerBraces to stop wall movement and help straighten them out over time. Next, we buried some downspouts to direct the water away from his foundation. And lastly, we installed an egress window* to add to his property value. 

Tony was really excited for everything we were able to do for him and his home. He's happy he no longer has to worry about water getting in his basement, especially when he's traveling.
