Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Ryan and Gina G. are homeowners in Carl Junction, MO, and noticed that their energy bills were increasing each month. After meeting with our System Design Specialist Sean Robinson, they knew we were the company for them to restore a healthy living space. Ryan and Gina opted to have our crews encapsulate the entire crawl space beneath their home and install our industry-leading dehumidifier. To encapsulate the space, we applied our CleanSpace waterproof vapor barrier to the entire area to trap all moisture before it escapes into the home. Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was then installed to rid the home of high humidity levels and purify the air.

Their house was built in the 1880s and they wanted to ensure that it is being taken care of. They were looking for better air quality and to repair their crawl space.

They decided to call us at Thrasher Foundation Repair and we were able to identify their issues and make a plan to resolve them. We encapsulated the crawl space with a product called CleanSpace. We added a Sedona Sani Dry dehumidifier to reduce humidity. We also added 5 GeoLock Anchors on the east wall to support the bowing walls.

He found that moisture was causing the support beams to sag, and thus the floors were sagging. To fix this problem, Justice and his team used our SmartJacks and supplemental beams to lift the floor back to its original level.
