He knew of Thrasher and our reputation, so he gave us a call and System Design Specialist, Deon Thoene, came out to meet with him. Deon did his inspection and surveyed the area. He found there was water coming into his poured wall through the foundation cracks due to hydrostatic pressure. With cracks water was seeping onto his floor and preventing basement remodel. Deon took these findings and went back to Grant with a solution. We combat this issue and help Grant have a permanently dry basement, we installed our WaterGuard Waterproofing System with Cleanspace at full height. Cleanspace is our waterproof vapor barrier that catches any water that comes in through cracks and sends it to our WaterGuard. WaterGuard catches this water and any water from the cold joint and sends it to the sump pump to discharge it away from the home at a safe distance. There is no doubt Grant has peace of mind knowing his basement is taken care of he can start his remodel.
