Poor Wall Anchors Replaced in Kansas City, KS
This homeowner was planning on moving in the coming years, so she knew that she needed to fix any issues so that she could get full value for her home. She called another foundation repair company come to fix her foundation walls, however their anchors were not fixing the wall bowing issues. Frustrated by this solution failing, she decided to give us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Daryn Britton to inspect the previous wall anchors, determine why the walls were still bowing, and design a solution to fix the walls permanently. Daryn found that the previous anchors had a few problems such as not being installed correctly and that the hydrostatic pressure against the walls was stronger than the anchors were. He knew that these walls could be fixed with anchors that were stronger than the pressure as well as installed correctly, so he called for an installation team to properly fix these walls. One of our installation teams answered the call and came to the home installing GeoLock Wall Anchors on the failing walls.
The homeowner was extremely happy with the outcome. She was so excited, that she even scheduled a waterproofing appointment with us to take care of any and all water problems she was having in her basement. Check out the newly installed GeoLock Wall Anchors!
Falling Deck Saved in Arapahoe, NE
This homeowner was worried that her retaining wall would fall and her deck to collapse as they were both unsteady. She knew after having used our services in the past that we would be able to help ease these worries and find solutions for her again, so she gave us a call.
We sent System Design Specialist Brock Scott to inspect the retaining wall and deck structures in order to thoroughly understand the problems and design solutions to stabilize the structure. When inspecting for the problem, Brock noticed that the house appeared to have significant water damage to the wooden support wall as well as weakened soil due to soil washout. He knew that this damage would not be beneficial for supporting the deck, so he found that new support posts and anchors were needed. One of our installation teams came to the home and started to utilize SmartJacks to reinforce the deck supports and to support the roof structure in that area. After that, they utilized GeoLock Wall Anchors to pull the retaining wall back overtime which would help the structure to further stabilize.
The homeowner was extremely happy when it was all said and done. She was especially thankful that the crew took note of the plants nearby and avoided harming them. Check out the new wall anchors pulling the wall back into place!

Basement Waterproofing in Ottumwa, IA
This homeowner wanted to have a dry basement because it was getting harder and harder for him to keep mopping up all of the water. He wanted this problem solved by experts in basement waterproofing, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Luke Miller to inspect the basement and determine what was causing water to get into the basement as well as design a comprehensive solution to keep water out. Luke found that the floor/wall join around the perimeter of the basement was leaking water onto the floor as well as through some cracks in the floor itself. Upon seeing this, he knew that full perimeter solution was needed as well as a lateral line to capture water that was seeping in through the floor cracks, so he called for an installation team as per the homeowner's request. One of our installation teams utilized a full perimeter WaterGuard Interior Drainage System as well as a partial height CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. After that, they installed a lateral line to capture water that was coming through the middle of the floor before it could get into the basement. They topped it off by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to push all of this water up and away from the basement. The homeowner was very pleased with the end result and he thought that his installation looked very clean. Check out the new waterproofing systems this homeowner has!
