Thrasher Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

Homeowner Virginia N. wanted to prevent further damage to the concrete. She was noticing that certain areas of her driveway was starting to sink and crack. Wanting to maintain her home, she needed a concrete leveling company. She noticed that a neighbor’s concrete looked really nice and after hearing that Thrasher repaired it, she decided to give us a call.

System Design Specialist Sam Frei went out to Virginia’s home. He was able to see that the slab connected to the garage was sinking and beginning to crack. There were also quite a few cracks in the lower portion of the driveway that was caused by failed expansion joints from street creep. The crew used PolyLevel to fix the settled concrete slabs and NexusPo Joint Sealant to seal off the joints. We also installed CompressionGaurd to protect her driveway and home from street creep. Virginia was very happy to know her driveway and home were protected.

David K. purchased a home in Bellevue, NE within the last two years and wants to make sure it stays in the best condition in case he decides to sell in the future. His old home had a multitude of concrete issues and he wanted to be sure any small issues at his new home were taken care of before they got out of hand. In order to keep his home in the best condition, he gave Thrasher a call to come out and inspect any concrete damage.

System design Specialist Bob Dunn arrived on the scene to perform a thorough inspection of all concrete on the property. The home had cracks in the back of the garage caused by street creep, slabs by the garage were uneven, and the joint sealants were beginning to fail. To repair these issues in a timely manner, David opted to have our teams install our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro joint sealer. They began by using the PolyLevel to permanently lift and level any uneven areas. Then, NexusPro is used to fill any cracks and joints to protect the concrete from any water damage in the future. Lastly, the team installed a compression guard in the middle of the driveway to stop cracks from forming in the back of the garage.

 David K. was very happy with Thrasher and the quality of work we do. We were able to provide him a solution that protects and brings value to his greatest investment. He was so pleased with our work that he already has the next project scheduled.

Martin F. was looking for a proactive approach to removing water from his basement and wanting to protect his home from future humidity and mold concerns. During an annual maintenance call, he was able to address his concerns.

Service Technician Brandon Roast found the sump pump was starting to fail in the basement. This left Martin at a higher risk of water damage and high humidity in the basement. Brandon was able to install a new sump pump and a Sanidry Sedona Dehumidifier to give Martin’s home a proactive solution to prevent water damage from occurring. Martin was happy that we were able to provide him with a same day solution.  

Homeowner Myrna S.  has been doing renovations on her home and was getting ready to sell the home. The last project on the concrete that had settled. Not sure what to do with the concrete, she decided to call Thrasher after getting recommendations from friends and seeing one of our commercials.

System Design Specialist Jon Grover arrived at her home. He was able to see that the front wall and steps had settled. We used PolyLevel to raise the settled areas back up to the original level and then applied NexusPro Joint Sealant to seal up the joints to prevent water from entering again. Myrna was very happy with how the concrete looked.

Chris D. is a proud homeowner in Omaha, NE for over 11 years and has watched the sidewalk in front of his house break over time. In addition, portions of his driveway weren’t level, and his front doorstep was separated from the stoop. In order to protect his home and the abundance of children in the neighborhood from the tripping hazards, Chris decided to have his concrete repaired.  In order to inspect the damaged areas, System Design Specialist Bob Dunn visited Chris’s home to investigate possible solutions. The homeowner opted to have our team install our PolyLevel foam and NexusPro filler. PolyLevel foam is our innovative product that permanently lifts and levels the concrete. NexusPro is then used to seal all joints and cracks to prevent water from seeping into the concrete in the future.

 Chris was thrilled with appearance and quality of our concrete repair solutions. His main concern was the children potentially getting hurt, and now Chris has peace of mind knowing his sidewalks are no longer a tripping hazard.
