To fix these issues, we came up with a full solution. First, we installed piers to stabilize and lift the porch foundation, making sure it was strong and secure. Then, we used a product called Polylevel to level the uneven slabs on the porch and give it a smooth and even surface again. This project was important because it showed that some foundation problems are more complicated and need a thorough approach. The strategic use of power braces allowed for gradual adjustment over time, enabling us to progressively correct the inward bowing and restore the walls to their intended position.

This homeowner's basement had many signs of water damage on all walls, including mold growth. The main goal was to increase the health and safety conditions within the home.  To address these concerns, we implemented a solution by adding CleanSpace. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is attached to the walls. This product created a healthier and safer environment and also increased the value of the home.
