This owner had a problem with a settled slab in their back patio. It not only looked bad but it was also easy to trip over. Since they loved spending time in this peaceful space, it was important to them to fix the issue and make it functional again.

To solve the problem, we used a solution called PolyLevel. It lifted and leveled the concrete by filling in the empty spaces underneath the slabs. These empty spaces were causing the shifting and cracking. After applying PolyLevel, we sealed the concrete with a product called NexusPro. This made the concrete more durable and helped prevent similar issues in the future. The owner was really happy with the result. They can now enjoy their backyard without worrying about the uneven slab. 

This client contacted us out of concern for the deterioration of a previous support system installed by another company, as they wanted to ensure the maintenance of their property value. The existing support jacks, which were initially installed, were showing signs of rust at the top, and the support beams made of old, rotting wood were no longer reliable. These jacks were intended to provide support for the stoop area.

Recognizing the urgency and the need for a more robust solution, we installed two Smart Jacks along with a durable metal beam to effectively support the stoop. It was essential to address the deteriorating wooden beams, as they would have continued to rot over time, compromising the stability of the support system. By replacing them with galvanized Smart Jacks, we have ensured that the stoop is properly supported and secure.

The client expressed their satisfaction and relief, as they no longer have to worry about the stability of their support system. This improvement not only safeguards the integrity of their property but also contributes to the preservation of its value.

Shirley expressed concerns about the continued movement and potential collapse of their basement wall, as they wished to continue utilizing the basement space. The high pressure exerted on the wall posed a risk of further outward displacement. To address this issue, we recommended the implementation of a CarbonArmor system, which would effectively stabilize the wall and preserve the integrity of the living area.

During routine maintenance of the TripleSafe system, we discovered several issues with its components. Specifically, the primary pump, the battery for the UltraSump, and the UltraSump itself were found to be malfunctioning. The customer expressed a strong desire to keep water out of the basement, particularly considering that she rents the property.

The property owner, Steve, emphasized the importance of promptly addressing basement issues and ensuring that all systems are in proper working order. Recognizing the significance of resolving these concerns, we proceeded to replace the primary pump and the battery. In the hopes that the battery was the root cause of the UltraSump's malfunction, we conducted a thorough flood test on the UltraSump. Unfortunately, the UltraSump still did not perform as expected, necessitating its replacement.

By replacing the faulty components and conducting thorough testing, we have taken the necessary steps to restore the functionality and reliability of the TripleSafe system. Both the customer and the property owner can now have peace of mind, knowing that the basement is adequately protected against water intrusion.
