The main issue was improper water management. The water eroded the soil underneath the foundation footing, causing voids. The weight of the home was pushing down on the foundation causing it to crack and settle. To fix this issue, we installed push piers on most of the perimeter of the home. This allowed us to permanently stabilize the home's foundation and provide lift to the side that had settled.
