We sent System Design Specialist Ian Pfister to inspect the source and cause of water and determine a comprehensive solution to waterproof this homeowner's basement. Ian found that someone had previously done waterproofing work in their home. After seeing this problematic solution someone else had given this homeowner, Ian knew that we needed to restore the homeowner's faith in a waterproofing contractor, so he gave the homeowner a detailed description of both the problem and the solutions that we could offer to fix this water problem.
