This homeowner was constantly dealing with cold kitchen floors, so he decided to do something about it. The problem was the vents were open and the insulation was failing in his crawl space. Our inspection revealed that the dehumidifier's cold coil was at 19, indicating a depleted refrigerant (freon) level. To address these issues, we removed their existing Sanidry XP dehumidifier and installed a new Sanidry Sedona model.

WaterGuard is a specialized waterproofing system designed to capture water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. Its discreet installation ensures minimal disruption to the basement's aesthetics.
