ROLE OF THE ACCOUTNING & FINANCE DEPARTMENT

Our Accounting & Finance team is responsible for bringing our organization timely, accurate information. This includes ensuring our customer’s balances are accurate and that our decision-makers have the best information at their fingertips! The Accounting department lives in our debits and credits and works in our everyday transactions to get information recorded, payments processed, vendors paid, and our amazing employees their paychecks. Our Finance team works directly to help our company to realize its goals and provide budgets, projections, and insights to help us make traction towards our evergreen growth targets, helping us to continue to be family owned, purpose-driven, with a people-first mentality while also being profitable.

WHAT THIS DEPARTMENT DOES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

From your deposit to your final payment, we are with you every step of the way and love doing so! We ensure your balance is accurate and payments are applied timely to your account. If you need help with payments, no worries. We have payment promotions and plans through our third-party financing partner. 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR THIS TEAM

Customers:

Q: When is payment due?
A: A 20% deposit is due at the time of sale. The rest of your payment(s) are due upon project completion. If you have multiple projects, you will receive a notification with the breakout of what is due when. Please provide check or credit card to your Team Lead at project completion!

Q: Can I pay my balance online?
A: You bet you can! Please click here to submit a credit card payment online.

Q: Where can I mail my check to?
A: All checks can be mailed to our headquarters: 11844 Valley Ridge Drive, Papillion, NE 68046

Q: Can I get a copy of my invoice?
A: Absolutely! Please email accountsreceivable@gothrasher.com and we will email it to you ASAP!

Q: I need more detail on my invoice. Can I get a detailed copy?

Q: How can I get a W-9 from Thrasher Foundation Repair?

Q: How do I apply for financing?

Q: I have financing with Renovate America. When do my payments start?
A: Your first payment is due 30 days after your final project install.

Q: Are there prepayment penalties for my third-party loan?
A: Never! There are no prepayment fees or penalties for paying off your loan early. Nice work!

Vendors:

Q: I did work for Thrasher. How do I get paid?
A: Email your bill to tbsaccountspayable@gothrasher.com

Q: How do I get paid even faster?
A: Send us your W-9 along with the bill for payment!

Employees:

Q: How do I obtain a copy of my W-2 (lost, never received, etc.)?

A: Email payroll@gothrasher.com and we will gladly print and mail you a copy!

We believe in the miracle of the mundane. When a customer calls to ask a question about their invoice – we see that as an opportunity to make their day better than before they called. When an employee has a question about their payroll, we’d love nothing more than to walk them through what they are seeing and provide context and clarity, while also thinking through how to prevent confusion in the future.
