Crack in garage wall, corner of south wall looks to be sinking (garage). Have center block basement walls. they have a few cracks. house has settlement crack above doors, windows, wavy floor. The basement floor was ripped out and replaced in 2015 because of water issues. Complete drainage system installed , 6in pipe around the inside perimeter. one down middle to sump pump so have not had water issues since (4in concrete) . Basement walls have a little bow on west side wall, cracks on north wall, few on west wall. doors stick or wont stay closed.
