Waterproofing Walls in Sutton, NE

This homeowner wanted a space for his wife to be comfortable in during violent storms, however his home of several years had started to deteriorate within the walls. He wanted to remedy this issue before any further damage was done, so he reached out to use for a free estimate. 

We sent System Design Specialist Joe Death to inspect the clay-brick walls and determine what had caused them to deteriorate. Joe found that the clay-brick walls had water entering through the mortar joints and because of hydrostatic pressure, water was forced through the weak points in the floor. Joe had a few solutions in mind for the homeowner, and the homeowner was so excited to have them all installed. Our team installed a full perimeter system with a combination of Water Guard and Trench Drain to drain water out of the basement, a full height Clean Space Vapor Barrier, and a SaniDry Dehumidifier to control the moisture in the air. The homeowner also opted to have a lateral line to capture the water the weak spots in the center of the floor. The homeowner was so excited with the results and he liked how engaging the crew was.
