One of our sprinkler heads sunk into the ground so we had our sprinkler guy come to fix it and during that process, he discovered a hole and he stuck his arm in the hole which goes under our driveway and he was able to get his entire arm in the hole without hitting anything. My husband then got a tape measure and was able to get it to go 4.5 feet under the driveway and then 3 feet the other way under the sidewalk. We need to know what is causing the hole and how it can be fixed.
