Concrete Driveway Repair in Fremont, NE

A homeowner in Fremont, NE was concerned with some trip hazards in his driveway and sidewalk. He lives in a community that is 55+ and wanted to make sure his property was safe. He previously had Thrasher do waterproofing and other projects and felt comfortable with our work, so he gave us a call to come out and take a look at the concrete.

The crew did a 3-part concrete protection system. Starting with the PolyLevel we lifted the areas that had settled back up to the original height. Then we used NexusPro Joint Sealant, to close the joints and cracks. The last step was applying SealantPro to the whole driveway, giving it a protective layer to keep water, chemicals, oils and more from causing surface damage.

Garage Settlement Repair in Fremont, NE

Tony took these findings and went back to the homeowner with a solution. To combat this issue, we installed push piers along the side of the garage and wrapped the back corner. This allowed us to stabilize the footing and remove the soil from causing future problems. Sandra was very happy with the project and there is no doubt she has peace of mind her home is protected.
