Walker was experiencing water in his basement and was concern for rainstorms in the future. He wanted to get this fixed so he could eventually sell with a warranty. Deon did his inspection and found Walker had water seepage due to the clay bowl effect. Due to hydrostatic water pressure, water was coming into the basement. He was also seeing water coming in the cold joint of his basement walls. Deon took these findings and went back to Walker. Together they decided the best solution would be to install WaterGuard with CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace is our tarp-like material that is durable and waterproof. This catches the water and drains it into the WaterGuard. WaterGuard collects the water from the CleanSpace and the cold joint, and sends it to the sump pump. The sump pump then discharges the water away from the home at a safe distance. Walker loved this solution and we know there is no doubt he has peace of mind with his basement.
