Apparent void found beneath existing concrete garage floor slab. Garage is a typical two car and is attached to the house which has a basement foundation. A small portion of the garage floor has already been removed which allowed us to view this apparent issue. I would estimate the void area to be 9" - 12" in depth and run the entire expanse of the area beneath the garage floor. The garage floor is showing signs of distress with large cracks and buckling but is still intact and has not yet failed. The apparent void and damage to the concrete does not appear to be anything that would have occurred recently but something that has been an issue for sometime.
