Basement Foundation Repair in Wausa, NE

This homeowner had recently moved to Wausa, NE and completely remodeled her newly purchased home, except for the basement. With plans in place to have this be her forever home, she wanted to transform the basement into a living space for a caretaker when she can no longer care for herself. However, the basement walls were experiencing stage two failure, and overtime would continue to move inward. Familiar with Thrasher and our dedication to products that last, she gave us a call.

 System Design Specialist Ryan Van Cleave arrived on the scene to undergo a complete inspection. After completing, Ryan also found that the support beams beneath the floor were severely cracked and lacking the structure the floor joists needed. To combat this, the crew began by installing our PowerBrace wall support system and wall anchors to stabilize them permanently. Then, SmartJacks were put in place of the existing support beams to give the flooring the structure it needed.

 The customer was more than thankful and in awe at our efficiency throughout the duration of the project. Thrasher was able to make her basement a usable space and give her the opportunity to complete her forever home.

The homeowner loved this solution and we sent out our installation team. There is no doubt this homeowner has the peace of mind not needing to get back up on that latter anymore.
