The concrete around the maintenance building at Pawnee Rock has multiple tripping hazards around it and they are concerned for the safety of their employees and visitors.  They knew of Thrashers reputation, and gave us a call. Mark Quaney, System Design Specialist, came out to meet them. Mark saw how the concrete was sinking, and determined it was due to washout. When water gets under concrete slabs, it can cause the soil to wash away and the concrete will start to sink. They decided to lift and level all of the sidewalk and ramp concrete around the entrance to the maintenance building using Polylevel. We also sealed all of the joints and cracks in these areas with Nexus Pro. These products together are waterproof, so they help prevent any water intrusion for further washout. There is no doubt their concerns of tripping are no more! 

Concrete Repair in Pawnee, KS

The maintenance building of the city hall in Pawnee Rock, KS was experiencing some areas of concrete settling and breaking leading to potential tripping hazards. Being a city building, the community was worried someone possibly getting hurt, and they wanted to repair it before it was to get any worse. The community couldn’t have been more pleased with the appearance and effectiveness of our repair solutions.
