Dusty P. was living in his forever home - a cattle ranch in Lorraine, KS that had been in the family for generations. Like many older homes, the house was showing signs of foundation settlement, causing cracks to appear in the walls and ceiling. The problem was only getting worse, and was preventing him from remodeling the house since the issue would damage the updates almost immediately.

Dusty had heard good things about Thrasher Foundation Repair, and after having a few contractors come out to look at the problem, Thrasher was the only one with a solution and who would stand behind the work.

To fix the problem, the home needed supplemental support beams and jacks installed in the large, sprawling crawl space below the house to support the floor and fireplace, which has also begun to settle.

When it was all said and gone, Dusty was so glad to know that the problem was fixed and that he could enjoy a little piece of mind. And Jon, the Thrasher System Design Specialist who had been working with Dusty, bought a brisket and steak from the rancher and homeowner - a very happy ending for everyone!
